Responsibilities:
- Will be able to attain Alberta Environment Certification in Water Treatment & Water Distribution within 1year of start date.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED (mandatory to be certified by Alberta Environment).
- Must have good math &problem solving skills.
- Should have some computer skills especially in MS Excel and Word.
- Will have a valid Class 5 Alberta Drivers License.
- Weekend and on-call rotation is required once training is complete.
- Must be willing to take on-line and in-class training within the Province of Alberta.
- Must be living within 15minutes of the Water Treatment Plant in Hanna.
- A good understanding of electrical circuits and mechanical aptitude will be an asset.
