General building and property maintenance services to the building and grounds. Mechanically included with a basic working knowledge of construction and building materials, electricity, pneumatics, heating and cooling, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and preventative maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 25kg
• Maintain inventory of new equipment, manuals and warranties
• Basic computer skills
• Proper footwear (approved steel toed boots) - yearly allowance given
• A desire to work with seniors
• Driver's Licence
• Strong cooperative abilities
• Must have WHMIS, First Aid and any other courses required by Acadia Foundation and updated on a regular basis
