Report to, and assist, the Plant Manager in managing daily operations of the seed cleaning plant to ensure efficient production. Complete daily equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards. Operate grain cleaning equipment. Perform quality checks to ensure product standards. Load and unload materials safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Seed Plant Operations (preferred), with a minimum High School. Diploma or equivalent (required). We are willing to train the right individual. Valid
• Class 5 Driver’s Licence
• Ability to work in a physically active role, must be able to lift to fifty pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Dependable, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in seed cleaning or in agriculture is a plus but not required.
• Successful applicant will be subject to pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
