Strong knowledge of tires, accessories and automotive parts. Exceptional problem solving, organizational and communications skills. Time management skills and ability to multi task. Ability to work in a high level of customer service. Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service. Previous experience would be an asset but we are willing to train the right person.
Requirements:
Provide exceptional customer service both to internal and external customers. Keeping current with aftermarket accessories. Maintaining a knowledge of in stock parts, accessories and tires. Knowing which suppliers to order from. Prepare estimates and order parts and accessories under tight time constraints. Record correct parts on part sales and work orders.
