Position Profile: The Packline reports to the Restaurant Manager and is responsible for assembling and packaging customer orders according to Mary Brown’s standards, ensuring food freshness, quality, and appealing presentation. Responsibilities include following recipe and packaging guidelines, maintaining adequate prepared food levels and packaging supplies, ensuring orders are completed accurately and promptly at the correct temperature, maintaining a clean and sanitary work area, following food safety and health and safety procedures, reporting damaged equipment, assisting with inventory, and providing professional and courteous customer service.
Requirements:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work effectively in a diverse environment
• High level of integrity and a strong work ethic
• Recognized Safe Food Handling certification preferred
• First Aid and WHMIS certificates preferred
• Must be bondable
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in an environment that may involve heat, cold, and moving mechanical equipment
