We're looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our chamber. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and computer skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, visitors, and stakeholders
- Manage office operations, including mail, phone, and email correspondence
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAGE 50 bookkeeping
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Update and maintain membership databases
- Coordinate events, meetings, and workshops
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors and committees as needed
