We're looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our chamber. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and computer skills.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, visitors, and stakeholders
  • Manage office operations, including mail, phone, and email correspondence
  • Maintain accurate financial records using SAGE 50 bookkeeping
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Update and maintain membership databases
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and workshops
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors and committees as needed
