• Ensure the security of the lodge                                                                                                                
• Ensure the safety of the residents of the lodge                                                                                    
• Complete hourly rounds of the lodge and document                                                                            
• Cleaning duties                                                                                                                                              
• Assist in the kitchen (Cleaning and prepping)  
• Must have or be willing to take: Food Safe Certificate, WHMIS, and First Aide    
• Function as a member of the staff team in the provision of a high quality of service for the residents in the lodge                                                                                                                                                      
• Must work well with others and alone, without direct supervision and follow oral and written instruction and routine tasks                                                                                                                                                                                                                      
• Must remain awake and alert all night                                                                                                    
• Stand for long periods of time and lift 16kg to shoulder height                                                              
• Responsible
• Deal effectively and efficiently with emergency situations of all residents and building related issues.        
• Must relate well with seniors and all staff
