• Rotation involves: Assisting the head cook in the morning and cooking the evening meal in a weekday rotation plus cooking breakfast and lunch on every other weekend
• Function as a member of a kitchen team in the provision of high-quality meals and competent
• Assist the residents in all dining room and dietary needs upon request
• Experience in cooking a necessity
• Hard working, responsible and reliable
• Have a positive attitude and can work well with seniors
• Must be able to get along and work well with co-workers
• Must be physically fit, able to lift a minimum of 16kg to shoulder height
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Either have or wiling to take the Food Safe Certificate as soon as possible and keep updated
