We are expanding our highway maintenance operations into CMA 519 with operational centers in Hanna (with a satellite highway maintenance yard in Sunnybrook); and in Oyen, (with satellite yards in Jenner and Empress), Alberta. We are looking to hire an HSE and Quality Control Monitor, to be based in Hanna, AB with responsibility over the entire CMA 519. The HSE and Quality Control Monitor will ensure that all operations comply with the requirements of the Company Safety programs and the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Company’s environmental programs and the client’s Environmental Operations Plan Framework and Management System.

• Previous experience in Quality Management, Public Works, or Civil Construction industry sectors, or equivalent will be considered.
• Fundamental knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Regulations is considered an asset.
• OHS or safety training or certifications are considered an asset.
• Ability to solve problems effectively.
• Sound analytical thinking, planning, and execution skills.
• Functional knowledge of computer technology and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a clean record.
• Ability to travel on a regular basis throughout the area of operations.
