• Ensure the security of the lodge                                                                                                                
• Ensure the safety of the residents of the lodge                                                                                                                                                              
• Cleaning duties                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
• Function as a member of the staff team in the provision of a high quality of service for the residents in the lodge                                                                                                                                     Must have or be willing to take:  WHMIS, and First Aide                                                            
• Must work well with others and alone, without direct supervision and follow oral and written instruction and routine tasks                                                                                                                        Deal effectively and efficiently with emergency situations of all residents and building related issues.                                                                                                                                                                Must relate well with seniors and all staff                                                                                                                                                                                                
• Stand for long periods of time and lift 16kg to shoulder height
