The Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand. The successful candidate will primarily support the Sporting Goods department while contributing as a Home Centre Team Member across multiple areas of the store. This role combines customer service, inventory management, regulatory compliance, merchandising, and operational responsibilities to ensure a safe, organized, and professional retail environment.

Requirements:

• Willingness to complete a Criminal Record Background Check
• Strong Communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of the team
• Strong attention to detail with a professional people first approach
• Alignment with our valuesof Integrity, Community, and Teamwork
• Current Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL) or ability to obtain one is required
• Ability to balance customer service, operational responsibilities, regulatory compliance, and administrative duties in a fast paced retail enviroment
