Rutledge Ranching Monitor is looking to add a Heavy Equipment Ag Mechanic to our team.

We’re searching for someone dependable, hardworking, and experienced with agricultural equipment who takes pride in what they do. Key Responsibilities:-Inspect and diagnose equipment issues-Repair and replace faulty parts-Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, servicing)-Work on engines, transmissions, and differentials-Read parts diagrams and source components-Troubleshoot small engine performance issues.

Requirements:

• High school diploma + trades/crafts certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with agricultural equipment preferred
