Supervisors are in charge of assisting, directing, and coordinating the activities of employees who prepare, portion, and serve food. They must work with the management team to achieve restaurant goals. Roles and Responsibilities: Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, head office personnel, and other restaurant personnel, Completing always ready checklists, weekly cleaning lists, and daily management checklists, Working as a team with co-workers to achieve service times, Adhering to Canalta and A&W operational standards, Cleaning and maintenance of facility, property, and equipment, Following all food safety regulations, Conducting daily huddles, Consistently implementing performance management system, Consistently coaching and developing employees, Assisting with restaurant employee schedule following policies and procedures, Assisting with hiring and retaining employees while following proper procedures and guidelines, Managing and controlling food and waste costs in the restaurant according to Canalta targets, Ordering, invoice paying, and managing inventory of all restaurant products and services, Monitoring and managing labor costs in the restaurant, Ensuring all cash management policies are regularly practiced and upheld in restaurant, Delighting guests through managing and ensuring guest experience is satisfactory, Following and enforcing all policies issued by the human resource department.
