We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and safety-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance Grader Operator (Special Areas #2). The successful  candidate will operate a grader to maintain and improve oiled and gravel-surfaced roads, access routes, and rights-of-way, ensuring all work meets Special Areas policies for safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently outdoors, managing a variety of maintenance tasks, and contributing to team objectives. This full-time position offers stable, meaningful employment with opportunities for training.

Requirements:

•  High school diploma or General  Education Diploma (GED)
• Six (6) + years of progressive  experience operating a motor grader, or equivalent experience in an operational or service-related field. A combination of experience and training will be considered
• Prior experience operating CAT 150 & 160M graders and/or John Deere 772GP and 872GP graders with grade control
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally using courtesy, tact, and  discretion when addressing requests, complaints, and clarifications
• Physical ability to perform required job duties, including lifting in excess of 50lbs and repeatedly entering and exiting equipment and trucks
• Preference given to candidates holding a Class 3Q Alberta Driver’s License
