Sprouts Daycare is seeking a caring, confident, and experienced Lead Early Childhood Educator to join our team full‑time. This role is ideal for someone who loves guiding children through play‑based learning while also taking the lead in planning, organizing, and supporting a classroom team. We strongly prefer applicants with an Alberta ECE Level 2 or Level 3, but we will consider experienced Level 1 educators who demonstrate strong skills and professionalism.
