This is a fast-paced collection role, requiring significant coordination and attention to detail. As a Residential Driver, you will be  servicing over 1,000 residential homes per day, lifting and loading waste  carts, using an automated loading arm, into the collection truck. The ideal  candidate must be prepared for a highly demanding work environment that requires repetitive tasks, route planning, and a safety-first mindset in all weather conditions.    

Requirements:

• Valid class 3Q (airbrake) or higher operator's license, with a clean 5-year commercial driver's abstract
• Exceptional physical stamina
• Comfortable with early morning starts and long workdays
• Must be able to safely drive the truck and operate automatic side load equipment
• Must meet the safety-sensitive function criteria as established by company standards
