    Measure,  mix, scale, need, hand shape and score bread. Bake traditional bread and  bakery products. Operate bakery equipment. Adhere to quality, cleanliness,  and merchandising standards. Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.  Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures.  Handle customer service inquiries and provide a positive customer experience.    

• Knowledge of the basic principles of bakery preparation, various baking methods, and food safety regulations
• Experience with pre-ferments: levain, poolish, sponge
• Comfortable working early morning and weekend shifts
• A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and multi-task
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
