Comfortable working early morning and weekend shifts. A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and multi-task. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements:

  • Measure, mix, scale, need, hand-shape, and score bread
  • Bake traditional bread and bakery products
  • Operate bakery equipment (i.e. commercial mixers, rack ovens, proofer, bread slicer)
  • Adhere to quality, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized the work area
  • Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
  • Handle customer service inquiries and provide a positive customer experience
